Rules and Regulations:-
● Objective: The primary goal is to swap and fix a tyre on a vehicle (usually a car) as quickly as possible while maintaining safety and precision.
● Individual Participation: Only one participant per event. No assistance from others is allowed.
● Safety Regulations: Participants must wear appropriate safety gear, including gloves, safety goggles, and steel-toed boots
● Tyre Swap Procedure:
- Lug Nut Removal: The competitor must correctly loosen and remove the lug nuts before lifting the vehicle - Tyre Installation: The competitor must place the spare tyre correctly on the hub, ensuring the holes line up with the lug bolts.
- Lug Nut Tightening: After securing the spare tyre, the lug nuts must be tightened in the correct sequence to the appropriate torque.
- Lowering the Vehicle: Once the tyre is secured, the vehicle should be lowered to the ground, and the final torque check on the lug nuts should be performed before the time stops.
● Judging and Verification:
- Proper Installation Check: Judges will inspect the vehicle after the tyre swap to ensure the tyre has been installed correctly (not over-tightened or under-tightened, properly aligned, etc.).
● Winner: Winner is being announced for successfully changing a tire in the shortest time.
