Rules and Regulations:-
● The event consists of two stages: Preliminary Round and Final Round.
● Each participant competes individually, and the programming language used will be C.
● All questions must be answered within the stipulated time.
● Use of mobile phones or electronic media is strictly prohibited.
● Any unfair means will result in disqualification, and the judges' decisions are final.

o Round 1
Preliminary Round:
A preliminary online quiz will be conducted with 15 objective-type questions, which must be completed within 10 minutes. Participants must choose the correct option for each question.

o Round 2
Final Round:
i. The operating system used will be Ubuntu.
ii. Participants will be provided with a printed copy of a short C program.
iii. They must code without viewing the screen, as the monitor will be switched off, within the given time limit.
iv. Highest preference will be given to participants whose code executes successfully and provides an optimal solution.
v. Second preference will be given to code with the least number of errors.
vi. In case of a tie, participants will be given a medium to hard-level program to code, following the same monitor-off rules.
